COMMUNITY
Bob and Dana Townsend have a shared passion for giving back. They consider themselves blessed to have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of those around them, and to include the Custom Services' family in their mission.
“First and foremost, we wanted to say thank you to our amazing employees and customers for continually making it all possible. We’re a service company, through and through, and that includes service to our community. That’s why we wanted to share the heart of what Custom Services is all about.” —Bob Townsend, Owner & CEO of Custom Services
Serving People Wherever We Can

Historic Sheridan Inn
We’ve helped to complete the total restoration of this historic landmark, located in the small Wyoming town where Bob Townsend grew up. The inn is listed on the National Historic Registry, and was built in 1893 for Buffalo Bill Cody. Learn more at www.sheridaninn.com.
Employee Support
Our employees are like family. So when we heard that our employee’s daughter needed a heart transplant, we found a way to help it happen. We created a TV commercial that successfully helped raise the funds they needed to support a heart transplant for precious Anary, who is alive and well today!
Employee Construction and Mission Trips
We love seeing our employees thrive—on the job and at home. It’s been an honor to provide assistance for several of our employees to go on mission trips out of the country.
