Why should I choose Custom Services?
At Custom Services, we offer amazing service at fair prices, and we're focused on making sure you're happy with the service provided. You can have peace of mind knowing our team of professional technicians always work hard to make sure things are done correctly the first time.
What services do you offer?
We offer full-service in plumbing and heating & air conditioning. We also handle new installations on residential and commercial properties and also offer duct cleaning and lining.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes! We have two separate contracts, one for plumbing and one for heating and air.
The plumbing agreement is annual and includes an inspection of all your visible plumbing, including the flushing of a standard hot water tank.
The heat and air maintenance we offer is twice a year (spring and fall). We come out and service the unit, change filters, and make sure you are ready for the season.
Both agreements offer 20% repairs after the initial visit and no after-hours or overtime charges including holidays.
Do you offer same day service?
Normally we are able to assist same day, however there are occasions where that is not always possible. Maintenance customers do take priority and we will have those worked into the schedule within 24hrs.
Will you inform me of repair pricing before doing repairs?
Yes, you will have a down to the penny price on the repair before any work is performed.
What can I expect from the tech when he comes for a service call?
When the tech arrives he will introduce himself, explain what he’s there for and ask if there is any additional information that might be needed, he will diagnose the issue/issues once he has a resolution, he will come back to you explain the issue, cost of repair and see how you want to proceed from there.
What type of air conditioning equipment do you sell?
We specialize in Daikin and Trane, however we are able to get most brands you are looking for. Our consultants can give several options when they come out to speak to you about replacement options.
Do you offer financing?
We do offer financing, our consultants will be able to go over financing options with you, When are you available, I’d be happy to set an appointment up for you at your convenience.
I have allergies... can you help me with that?
Yes! We offer duct cleaning, and we also have what they call an air scrubber—it's basically a home air cleaner that can be installed.
Do you unstop drains?
Yes we do! We first will assess which drain is causing the issue to determine the proper solution to correct it and see if there is an option to prevent this from re-occurring in the future.
My water heater is leaking...can you help me with that?
Yes, we can determine where it is leaking and see if repairable or if it needs to be replaced.
I’m pretty sure I have a slab leak... are you able to locate and repair the leak?
We have the proper equipment to locate the leaks and then identify the options for repair.
